I am a Licensed Massage Therapist for Heaven’s Remedy Massage Wellness. It’s my goal to help clients relax and decompress from day-to-day stressors, recover from injuries and strenuous activities, and to help supplement their daily wellness routine.

The Western style massage utilizes a variety of techniques, specially designed to relax the muscles. Applying pressure against deeper muscles and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart allows the body to restore balance.

This massage is designed to address your specific concerns. It focuses on knots, chronic tension, and fascial adhesions which leaves your body feeling relief from pain.

This massage can manage pain and facilitate recovery from common ailments such as low back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, rotator cuff injury, plantar fasciitis, shin splits, and golfer’s/tennis elbow.

This service utilizes myofascial release, trigger point therapy, facilitated stretching, and position release to reduce pain, restore range of motion, release splinting muscles, improve posture and muscular balance.

Heaven’s Lymphatic Drainage

This massage is a gentle therapy used to reduce swelling and improve lymph fluid circulation. It may also help with conditions such as lymphedema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and stress disorder.

Heaven’s Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massages can help expecting mothers from the beginning of their first trimester up to the delivery date to ease the physical demands of pregnancy on the body. We use a pregnancy support system or side lying support pillows, depending on preference for this massage that relieves back pain, cramps, and swelling.

Heaven’s Stretching

Stretching massage helps the body to recover from strenuous activities such as sporting events and workouts. It also increases circulation throughout the body, flexibility, and range of motion by using elongating force on muscles and connective tissues.

 

Heaven’s Pre-event Massage

This massage is a perfect pre-event routine. Best performed the day of or the day before the athletic event, this service will prepare your muscles to perform at their peak potential. This will also allow for faster recovery after the event and help to prevent injury. The service includes Kinesio taping for target muscle groups.
